CVS Scholarships For African American Business Students
CVS, one of the largest pharmacy chains in the country, has partnered with the United Negro College Fund to launch a scholarship program that specifically targets business students. The scholarships will help advance the college education for students studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, and other business-related majors.
Students must meet the following criteria in order to apply:
* Minimum GPA of a 3.0 of a 4.0 Scale system
* Exhibit unmet financial need (as verified by their college or university)
* Pursing an undergraduate degree or planning a graduate/professional degree in business (finance, analytics, accounting, healthcare management, communications, human resources, math, and marketing). Please use the current academic year classification when applying (for example: if you are currently a sophomore, please select sophomore and not junior).
* Business students MUST attend an accredited four-year undergraduate or master's level program in the Fall of the current year
* Students must be a permanent legal resident or US citizen
* Applicants must submit a resume, essay and unofficial transcript for full consideration
The deadline to apply is usually in AUGUST, and the scholarship amount is up to $5,000.
