Northrop Grumman Scholarship Program For HBCU Students Majoring in STEM
Northrop Grumman Corporation, an American global aerospace and defense technology company. has partnered with the United Negro College fund to create a scholarship program for HBCU students who are pursuing a degree and career in STEM. To apply, students must be have a major related in some way to science, technology, engineering, and/or mathematics.
Applicants must:
* Be a U.S. citizen;
* Be African Americans and enrolled full-time as an undergraduate in their sophomore, junior or senior year of college during the 2018-2019 academic year;
* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale system and;
* Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have a demonstrated unmet need as verified by their attending college or university;
* Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering.
* Be enrolled full-time at one of the eligible institutions.
The deadline for this scholarship is usually in November, and the award amount VARIES.
